DORITOS
The Brief
Doritos opened its Crash the Super Bowl campaign to creators and production teams with an open RFP challenging them to develop original commercial concepts worthy of the biggest advertising stage of the year.
We set out to create work that felt unmistakably Doritos — bold, comedic, character-driven, and built around a simple idea that could translate into a memorable :30 spot.
The Solution
We developed and concepted a multitude of ideas against the brief, ultimately narrowing the creative down to two concepts we believed had the strongest potential.
Rather than stopping at the pitch, we brought both ideas all the way to life as fully produced spec commercials — taking each concept from script and casting through production and post.
The Approach
With a lean creative team and a shared vision, we focused on making both spots feel polished enough to stand alongside national commercial work while maintaining the spontaneity and humor that made the concepts work.
From casting and production through editing and finishing, every element was built around the creative. The result was two distinct Doritos spots designed to demonstrate not only the ideas themselves, but our ability to execute them at a commercial level.
